Good option for lunch at the office but it can be a hit or miss. Their pressed sole panini sometimes is amazing and sometimes it has been delivered on terrible bread that seems old and tough to bit into. Their OJ tastes like it is from a carton.

Great food, no doubt but awful delivery and customer service. 1 1/2 hour's and waiting. After 10 minutes on hold, spoke with manager who did not apologize or offer any consolation but merely stated "it left a few minutes ago." My reply, "my order at 10:40am is not here as of 12:15pm and all you can say is it left a few minutes ago?" "Yup." - - -Click. Won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered the steak salad and it is tiny. So disappointing for $10.95!

My French Ham and Cheddar sandwich did not have cheddar! What the? Plus the walnut butter was spread very sparingly, as if they were down to one last schmear for the rest of lunch hour and the apple slices? 3 measly thin slices. My colleague's fries were extremely greasy. Such a bummer considering our order arrived 10 minutes past the 60 minute delivery estimate. This was a mini-trial for a catering order we were thinking of making.

The food is excellent, a bit pricey. Teh delivery takes long so make sure you order early.

my chicken/rice noodle soup had a single small bite of chicken and ZERO rice noodles. I paid five bucks for a cup of greasy chicken broth...

Good steak sandwich, but I didn't like the olives

Extremely horrible in terms of delivery and customer service. Absolutely the worst place to order from. Food is mediocre as well. Would not recommend to anyone.

Food is generally OK but sometimes they sort of mix everything together in a takeout dish and it is not as good like that. Also, I paid $5.50 for a "cookie bag" for a desert and got 4 little coffee cookies. Very much felt ripped off with this.

Got the pizza. Horrible

The food is good when it doesn't arrive cold. My pizza arrived cold (not from outside, but from being made a long time before it was delivered the less than 3 blocks). I ordered again after that instance, and the same thing happened with a chicken milanese.

This is the WORST restaurant I have ever ordered from in all of my twenty five years. It took 2 and a half hours to get a cold plate of disgusting food. I am so hungry. And angry. And I wish that no one in the future will make the decision to order from this god forsaken place. Don't do it!

The service and quality of food here is really impressive. The free holiday cookies I just got in my order put it over the edge, best delivery restaurant I've had on Seamless and I've had many.

Excellent Service, Great food, reasonable price. I ordered their prefix entree and was quiet surprised with the quantity and quality. I was skeptical at first, so called them. Ross explained me the options for prefix... Got all courses - Salad, Bottled water, Dinner entree, side of steamed vegetables, and YES the Cheesecake!! They forgot to send the cheesecake, and the poor guy returned in 10 mins with the cheesecake in such cold weather. I would have to add this to one of my favorite delivery places!

Food was lukewarm. The tuna salad didn' t taste very fresh. And they used what seemed to be an unnecessary amount of thick plastic packaging.

The seseme chicken was tasteless and the protion was so tiny. I charged my lunch and they sent a cast receipt and the delivery boy wanted cash. I called the restaurant and they fixed that issue but I was really disappointed in my meal.

Not the fastest, but worth the wait. Go with the chicken parm.

Estimated delivery time: 35-50 min, Actual time - 100 minutes. Their excuse was understaffed - not my problem. Ordered the capri salad - calamari was VERY chewy and cold, arugula wilted. Berries in fruit salad (berries only) were very good but didn't make up for all of the inconveniences. Don't think I'll take another chance with this place.

What I ordered didn't turn out to be what I had expected, but that I think was my misreading of their menu. Basil Chicken salad with the potato asiago was good. Their 'side greens' are more substantial and fresh than many other locations in the area. My ONLY complaint was that my coffee was wrapped in tin foil, and while it got here warm it had sloshed around a bit in the delivery, soaking my napkins underneath. Would definitely order from here again--everything tastes fresh!

Really small serving size!

Overall, the food and delivery are very good. We order from them often and are generally very happy. However, if you order the roast beef sandwich, be forewarned that it literally contains 1-slice of roast beef. They load up on the onions and peppers. They shouldn't even call it a roast beef sandwich. It's more like an onion-and-pepper-sandwich that just happens to have a slice of roast beef thrown in.

I normally like Mangia for their sandwiches or entrees. DOn't get the Vegetarian tomato soup. It has the taste and texture of ragu. Everything else is great.
